  Aloo parathas are one of the popular delicacies of Punjab and are eaten with great fervor by people of every region in India, usually it is flatbread made of wheat flour which uses potatoes and green spices, it can be eaten with butter, curd or pickles. Ingredients: 1) Potatoes: 4 medium sized 2) Green Coriander leaves: 1 cup 3) Green chillies: 2-3 4) Garlic: 3-4 cloves 5) Wheat flour: 2 cups 6) Ghee/oil: 2-3 tsp 7) Salt: as per taste 8) Butter: 3-4 tsp Recipe: First of all, add the potatoes and water(1 glass) in a cooker and let it boil for three whistles. After it has boiled, take the potatoes out into a bowl and add cool water, after cooling, remove the peels from the potatoes and mash it.
