Soyabean chunks recipe | Soyabeans with veggies recipes
Any dish made of soya beans is liked by people all over the country, there are many famous ways to make it and people like it in every way but today, we are going to tell you a different way of making it which is hardly You have tasted it so far. Soybeans are very good for health, so if we add some healthy vegetables to it, it will increase its taste. Let us know what materials we will need to make it.
Soybeans chunks: 1 cup (soaked)
Chopped potatoes: Medium sized
Chopped cauliflower: 1/2 cup
Chopped capsicum: 1/2 cup
Chopped beans: 1/2 cup
Green peas: 1/2 cup
(You can add any vegetables of your choice if you want)
Chopped Onion: medium sized
Chopped tomato: medium sized
Whole Kashmiri chilli: 4-5
Garlic: 4 to 5
Oil: 5 - 6 teaspoons (for frying vegetables)
Garam masala powder: 1 tsp
Coriander Powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
Mango powder: 1/2 tsp
Chili powder: 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek leaves: 1 tsp
Salt to taste.
For Marination-
Gram flour: 2 tsp
Lemon juice: 1 tsp
Garam masala: 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder: 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
A pinch of salt
Let's start the recipe. Firstly, take the soaked soya's into a bowl add gram flour, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt , lemon and mix it properly. Keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.
Secondly, soak the whole Kashmiri chilli in hot water for about 20 to 25 minutes, then grind it in a mixer grinder with garlic and 3 tablespoons of water and make chili sauce. Keep it aside.
Thirdly, Heat a spoon of oil in a pan and put the chopped onion, keep it stirring for 2 minutes. As soon as the onion starts changing color, add the chopped tomatoes and a pinch of salt in it, stir it also for 2 minutes and off the flame. Let it set cool then blend it into a paste(you can add 2-3 tsp water to it).
Now, heat a pan, add oil and fry all the veggies separately make sure that veggies should not change their color, then in the same pan fry marinated Soya's Until it turns golden.
Heat 2 tsp oil in another pan add the chilli sauce and saute it on low flame till it leaves the oil, add garam masala, turmeric powder, chilli, mango powder, fenugreek leaves, coriander powder, cumin powder altogether and stir it for almost 6-7 seconds, then add the onion and tomato paste and saute it until it get separated with oil. Add Soya's veggies and salt then mix it well. Add some water and adjust it's consistency. Cook it almost for 4-5 minutes on medium flame. Off the flame. And now our recipe is ready.
