  Chole also known as, "chana masala" is a very popular, tempting and flavourful Punjabi cuisine, which is often eaten as a breakfast dish. It is also popular in Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh and many other Indian regions. Also, it is greatly served as a breakfast in Pakistan. Along with chhole, fried flatbread also called as Bhature are being served mostly. People also prefer rice and normal flatbreads (Roti) . Shahi Paneer | Mughlai Cuisine

  Shahi paneer  is traditionally a mughlai dish originated from Mughal cuisine as said, "Shahi" which refers to royal title such as "Shahenshah"(in honouring Mughal king). Whereas, Paneer is derived from the Persian word for cheese. It is very popular in northern India. Shahi Paneer consist of a thick gravy of cream, tomatoes and Indian spices which adds, a creamy texture and a buttery taste to this delicacy of Mughlai cuisine. It is said that, Mughals were very fond of Shahi Paneer. It has a mild and sweet taste as, it is prepared by emulsifying onions, ground cashews, tomatoes, clarified butter and cream into a curry, with the addition of paneer cubes and a variety of  Indian spices. It is mostly eaten with Indian flat-breads also called as Roti or Naan and rice.   Aloo parathas are one of the popular delicacies of Punjab and are eaten with great fervor by people of every region in India, usually it is flatbread made of wheat flour which uses potatoes and green spices, it can be eaten with butter, curd or pickles. Ingredients: 1) Potatoes: 4 medium sized 2) Green Coriander leaves: 1 cup 3) Green chillies: 2-3 4) Garlic: 3-4 cloves 5) Wheat flour: 2 cups 6) Ghee/oil: 2-3 tsp 7) Salt: as per taste 8) Butter: 3-4 tsp Recipe: First of all, add the potatoes and water(1 glass) in a cooker and let it boil for three whistles.
